Our breads start with four basic ingredients: unbleached flour, filtered water, sea salt, and yeast. We sometimes add fresh ingredients, such as garlic, herbs, or freshly grated cheeses.
Our croissants are our raison d’etre. We offer them in many forms, but each is born from the same special dough.
We use King Arthur flour, Callebaut chocolate, Cabot sweet butter, Nielsen-Massey vanilla beans, and Florida-grown blueberries and strawberries for our pastries, and make each component from scratch.
The “bistro” is our savory playground. Everything is homemade.
